• We are so grateful to have you here tonight to celebrate a whole new set of praise of music with new band Majesty Rising. A collaboration between Luke Sweeting (Lo! Behold! Projects) and Eliza Kate (Kings Tapestry), the band is drawn together from a wonderful bunch of musicians who hail from all different parts of Sydney and represent many different churches. The goal of the band is to encourage Christians in the gospel by writing and playing music inspired by the soul and gospel style.

The songs tonight are a mix of personal testimonies of faith and scriptural reflections on Christian hope.

Naturally there will be a spectrum of different world views here tonight Christian and non-Christian so no matter who you are or where you’re coming from, you’re welcome here and we want you to enjoy and have a great time! Perhaps you can let us know what you’ve enjoyed the most with the feedback form at the the bottom of this program.

So sit back, relax and have a wonderful evening of soul and gospel music!!
